Seasons
- Low season : October to the end of April
- Mid season : May, June, early July, late August and September
- High season : mid-July to the end of August, plus the long May weekends, weekends next to a French public holiday, Christmas and New Year

Booking
- 30% deposit when the contract is signed
- Balance due 10 days before arrival by bank transfer (30 days before if paying by cheque)
- €2,000 security deposit, not cashed and returned within 30 days of departure
- Tourist tax extra: €3.30 per adult per night
- Proof of holiday liability insurance (« responsabilité civile villégiature ») required on arrival at the latest
- Check-in and check-out by appointment
Cancellation
- More than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
- We recommend taking out cancellation insurance

House rules
- No pets, unless agreed in advance with the owners, and one pet at most
- Do not park in the housing estate on rue de la Condamine, opposite the gate
- Keep parties to the back garden or indoors with the windows closed, and keep noise down when leaving late
- Pool until 9 pm, or quietly afterwards
- Smoking outdoors only (ashtrays are provided)
If the police are called out for noise, €500 is withheld from the security deposit.
